Erica Johnson-Crell played field hockey at Old Dominion
University and Rutgers University. Since then she has coached for local high
schools, clinics, camps and universities. She is an active coaching member of
the USFHA Futures Olympic Development Program. She resides in Wilmington,
Delaware with her husband Barry.
